What better than some prawns to start a good dinner surrounded by those we love the most!

Prawns with pistachio sauce

Ingredients (4p): 16 prawns 0.5 bay leaf 6 peppercorns Dip: 1 pinch of Avecrem Garlic and Parsley Granules 1 tablespoon white Modena vinegar or similar 150ml Of olive oil 100 grams of pistachios 1 ripe tomato Breaded: 30 grams of breadcrumbs parsley How to prepare it: Sauce: Grind 50 gr. of the pistachios and mix with the peeled tomato without seeds, all seasoned with a pinch of Avecrem Garlic and Parsley. Add the olive oil and vinegar and mix well. Reserve in the fridge. Batter: Toast the breadcrumbs in a non-stick pan and mix with 50 gr. of chopped pistachios and add the chopped parsley. Heat the water with a pinch of Avecrem Pescado, the bay leaf and the peppercorns, peel the prawns and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Drain and cool quickly in ice water and let drain. Assemble some skewers with the prawns lightly greased with a little oil and coated in the mixture of pistachios and toasted bread. Serve them with the sauce already prepared.
