Regulatory Framework
CEP (European Pistachio Council) as a private, non-profit association, is protected by Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, regulating the Right of Association and complementary regulations, with legal personality and full capacity to act.

Everything that is not provided for in our statutes (see documents) or in the Internal Regime Regulations, the aforementioned law and the complementary development provisions will apply.
It is registered in the National Registry of Associations of the Ministry of the Interior (group 1, section 1, national number 590537).
CEP may legally become an Interprofessional Agrifood Organization as is the objective of its board, under Law 38/1994, of December 30 and subsequent amendments, in the terms and modes provided in our current statutes (see document).
